Hello!
This is my first ever blog having asked the wonderfully creative Meghan of The Wedding Emporium to create a brand new website for my business, she insisted I add a ‘Blog’ page…so here I am!
What an incredible year this has been so far for Beautifully Preened!
I have attended several beauty courses to increase the range of services I can offer to my clients, all have been received very well. Provided makeup services at 2 styled photo shoots, one with a botanical theme in the gorgeous grounds at Lanes Hotel in Yeovil and the other in the most stunning of settings, North Cadbury Court with a luxurious feel in the most beautiful historic rooms. Both times I have worked with incredibly talented wedding suppliers. I have been thrilled to provide makeup for beautiful brides during Spring and Summer, with a few more to go until the end of the year.
As well as the website being completely updated, a full re-brand of logo, business card and stationery is well underway now and I cannot wait to receive all the branded goodies shortly from The Cupcake Company Creative Studio, including my wonderful pop-up banner. I have also registered to exhibit at my first Wedding Fayre at The Cheese & Grain in Frome later this Autumn, I’m currently underway with the vision of my stand and all its’ accessories, which are coming together beautifully. Very exciting!...
All in all, there are lots of exciting things to come for my business as it enters its’ third year, with more bridal bookings and photo shoots and, of course, lots of treatments for my wonderful, supportive, loyal clients, …and who knows, perhaps a new treatment or two!
